CrossFit Coach Level 2
Nathan is the Head Coach and founder of CrossFit Kwetu. He is a level 2 CrossFit coach and a PE teacher, with 15 years of experience. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their athletic potential. He loves coaching beginners and those who are new to their fitness journey but also enjoys working with more advanced athletes. A CrossFit competitor himself, he has competed in Kenya, the UK and Egypt.
Wanjiru Walji
CrossFit Coach Level 1
Wanjiru is a coach whose enthusiasm is infectious. Don’t be fooled by her diminutive stature, she is truly a force to be reckoned with! She is a CrossFit level 1 coach and inspirational personal trainer with unmatched attention to detail. We love her for her dedication and commitment to our community.
Joseph Muraya
CrossFit Coach Level 1
Having qualified in Sports Exercise and Health Science, Jospeh Muraya is now a Level 1 CrossFit coach at Kwetu He is an extremely knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated fitness coach with six years of full-time experience helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. He is adventurous and open-minded, with a love for exploring new experiences and pushing boundaries having competed in the Elite CrossFit Championships in Egypt.
Dyllan Kimani CrossFit Coach
Coach Kim has been a dedicated CrossFit trainer for 9 years! He believes that coaches are not just there to help you achieve your goals, but are also there to encourage, inspire and instill a sense of belonging and community that transcends beyond the walls of Kwetu! When hes not powerlifting at the gym you can find him unwinding and getting in touch with nature on a hike!
Winstone Rodney CrossFit Coach
With 2 years of dedicated CrossFit practise under his belt Winstone has made remarkable strides both as an athlete and a coach. Outside of the gym he is a skilled cyclist and hiker who regularly conquers the hills around Nairobi at the weekends. On top that, he is a talented chef . In CrossFit he really enjoys the gymnastics and weightlifting components as these offer different challenges to cycling.
