OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Let us take your workout routines to the next level with our full-body programs and intensity challenges.

KWETU-FIT

combines a wide variety of functional movements. We do pull ups, push ups, squats, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and a host of other movements. Depending on the activity and your skill level, Your trainer may also incorporate a variety of equipment, such as barbells, dumbbells, rowers, and jump ropes. Every class will look a little different, featuring different tools and weights. Prepare to be challenged and pushed outside of your comfort zone, however, don't be deterred if you're a beginner! Your trainer will suggest scaling strategies to match your current ability.

KWETU-FIT LITE

Less complexity but all the intensity! CrossFit Lite is a high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. More challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than KwetuFit. The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. CrossFit Lite classes are great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into KwetuFit classes if & when you feel ready.

OPEN GYM

Open gym means that you can access our equipment to do anything you like, when you like. This time is not lead by a coach in a class setting. Open gym is a great time to do one of the trainings from group classes that you may have missed during the week. You can also use Open gym for having fun with movements that you like, practice movements or workouts for upcoming events or to do accessory work – exercises that are important for your development, health and longevity.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our experienced coaches are expert at making sure your session is perfectly scaled to your current fitness levels and to move you onto the next level and towards your goals. Having a 1 on 1 session with a trainer is ideal for those who have specific time requirements or who prefer undivided attention.

NUTRITION COACHING

What you put into your body is incredibly important, probably the most important part of the health jigsaw. If you are confused with all the conflicting information about what you should do to loose weight, or if your looking for support or accountability in your nutrition programme work with our qualified dietician and nutritionists. Kwetu nutrition and workout plans will help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
